More information about Rare Vintage 1985-87 Dean Hollywood Bel Aire Electric Guitar With Hardshell Case

Rare Vintage 1985-87 Dean Hollywood Bel Aire Electric Guitar With Hardshell Case. This is a rare and collectible guitar that was only made for 2 years. The body was made in the USA, and the neck and hardware were imported by ESP in Japan. It has an accutune bridge that is fixed and locked into place, which numerous people choose to do with accutune bridges. The Dean logo and model name were screen printed on the headstock and removed. Since the accutune bridge is locked into place, the locking nuts on the neck were removed. The tip of the truss rod (as pictured) has a few cracks (I'm guessing due to the design of the locking nut resting on top of the truss rod tip) however it isn't affecting the tread on the truss rod and i was able to fit an allen wrench snug into it. The neck is straight, and the action is nice and low, and it is ready to rock!!! The body has the typical dings and scuffs expected from a guitar from the mid 80s. Equipped with fresh strings and will be shipped in a hsc.
